Fennel Powder
Fennel, Foeniculum vulgare is a flowering plant in the family Apiaceae. Its dried fruits are used as spice and traditional medicines in many cultures around the world. Dried fennel fruit is highly aromatic, anise-flavored, brown, or green in color. Since the seed in the fruit is attached to the pericarp, the whole fruit is often mistakenly called “seed”. Chewing some seeds of Fennel, especially after meals, is considered good for digestion, as well as preventing constipation, bloating and colic. It also helps relieve relief from nausea and vomiting. Its consumption also helps in managing kidney and bladder disease due to its diuretic property.
